Glenn Koach

Glenn Koach has over 30 years of experience in managing short-term, high-yield funds. Mr. Koach co-founded Riverside Capital Advisers in 1984, a boutique institutional investment management firm specializing in short-term, high yield securities, which grew to over $400 million under management. The Riverside portfolio included publicly traded seasoned securities for large nontaxable accounts such as pension plans, endowments, and offshore funds, as well as private placements, tax liens, and structured settlements. He sold his interest in Riverside in 1997. As a corporate board director, Mr. Koach has guided several companies through difficult financial situations including turn-arounds, workouts, and bankruptcies. This experience gives him great insight into the underpinnings of high yield offerings. In addition, Mr. Koach is an experienced corporate executive, having held key positions with both public and private companies, including CEO of Group Long Distance, Inc. (GLDI). Mr. Koach began his career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and was a CPA. Mr. Koach holds a Bachelor of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom Krasner

Tom Krasner, CFA has spent over 25 years in fixed income, distressed debt, and high yield bonds. He has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, credit analysis, portfolio management, and workouts. Prior to co-founding Concise Capital with Mr. Koach, Mr. Krasner was Executive VP at Harch Capital Management, responsible for restructuring high yield bonds and bank loans. Previously, Mr. Krasner was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Riverside Capital Advisers, co-managing the short-term high yield portfolio with Mr. Koach. Mr. Krasner began his career at John Alden Asset Management, a $4 billion life insurance company, where he ran a $250 million private placement portfolio. Mr. Krasner holds a B.A. in Economics/Mathematical Sciences and a M.A. in Economics from Rice University. From 1996 to 1998 he was President of the CFA Society Miami. He has served on the boards of Birch Telecom, Doe Run Resources, FWT, Institutional Deposits Corporation, Nutritek, Sterling Chemicals, and Trism.

Yves Soyfer

Yves Soyfer has over 20 years of experience in fixed income, investment banking, and capital markets. Mr. Soyfer was a member of the executive committee and global head of capital markets, investment banking, trading, sales and research at Exotix Partners. He was responsible for providing strategic leadership for all the fixed income business, its P&L and its sales growth while also making sure that all the regulatory and compliance processes were designed, put in place and implemented. During his career Mr. Soyfer has held various senior management roles at Mizuho, where as a Managing Director he co-ran the Strategic Finance and Solutions team with focus in Energy; Deutsche Bank, where he launched the first Alternative Asset Group to be deployed by an investment bank within the capital markets; and RBS, where he headed European Fixed Income and Derivative products distribution. Mr. Soyfer graduated from University of Aix/Marseille, France with concentrations in marketing and economics.

Boris Stavrev

Boris Stavrev, CFA joined Concise Capital Management as an investment analyst in 2011. Mr. Stavrev started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ advisory practice, assisting clients in corporate strategy, restructuring, organization, and performance improvement. Mr. Stavrev has a B.A. in International Business from Eckerd College and an MBA from the University of Miami with concentrations in Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions, and is also CFA charter holder, earning his designation in 2015.

Veronica De Candido

Veronica De Candido joined Concise Capital Management as an investment analyst in 2012. Ms. De Candido worked as an auditor at KPMG, performing external audits and special assignments in multiple industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, distribution and oil and gas companies. Formerly, Ms. De Candido worked in corporate finance and governance and held key positions in a private holding company with operations in retail, transportation and real estate. She was in charge of financial management functions, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Ms. De Candido has a B.A. in Accounting from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta and a M.S. in Finance from Florida International University.

Andriana Stas

Andriana Stas joined Concise Capital Management as an investment analyst in November 2014. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a research coordinator at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where she participated in various pediatric optometry research studies. Ms. Stas holds a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business, and a M.S. in Finance from Florida International University.

James Shu

James Shu joined Concise Capital Management as an investment analyst in August 2015. Mr Shu serves as a committee member for a Merchant/Investment Bank in Atlanta, Georgia called Commenda Capital. Before joining Concise, he worked as an analyst at a boutique capital markets advisory firm called the Cockrell Group. Mr. Shu has his B.B.A. with a double major in finance and business management from the University of Miami. He is involved with various nonprofit organizations working to end homelessness.

Marcus Thompkins

Marcus Thompkins joined Concise Capital Management as an operations analyst in December 2016. He attended Florida International University, where he obtained a B.S in Business Administration and an M.S in Finance, as well as competing on the Men's Track and Field Team. Prior to joining Concise, Mr. Thompkins worked at Marsh and McClennan in the Private Client Division, where he focused on building, retaining, and nurturing client relationships.

Danny Niederberger

Danny Niederberger joined Concise Capital Management as an operations analyst in January 2017. Before joining Concise, Danny worked as a Portfolio Accountant at Wallington Asset Management. Danny graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Accounting and Management. He also interned as an Auditor with the Department of Defense during the summer of 2014.

Gabrielle Garcia

Gabrielle Garcia has been responsible for regulatory compliance since November 2014. She has provided compliance consulting services for Canepa U.S., an affiliate of Concise Capital Management, since October 2013. Ms. Garcia previously worked for Isocell North America and Allergan and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida International University.
