Joseph M. Herman, Managing Principal of Park Hill Group, is a member of Park Hill's private equity and hedge fund distribution team. Mr. Herman has over twenty-five years of experience in the alternative asset and financial services industry. Prior to joining Park Hill, Mr. Herman was President of Atlantic-Pacific Capital and a consultant with SEI, Inc. where he selected institutional money managers for large corporate and public pension funds. Mr. Herman was also with Klitzberg Associates, Inc. where he raised institutional assets for alternative investment managers. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University, attended the London School of Economics, and received an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Ken Grossman is a highly experienced attorney, investor and board member specializing in companies undergoing and/or emerging from restructuring and reorganization. He spent the first years of his career as a practicing attorney and has been investing and managing capital in distressed and legally complex situations since 1990. Mr. Grossman currently serves as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Lehman Brothers Special Finance, Inc., one of two main operating subsidiaries of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., which emerged from Chapter 11 reorganization in 2012. Mr. Grossman recently served as a Director and President of Signature Group Holdings, Inc. (now known as Real Industries, Inc.) and was also a member of the Company’s Executive, Risk and Legal Committee. As President and board member, Mr. Grossman helped lead the Company through a myriad of operational, accounting, regulatory, legal, personnel and marketplace issues which it confronted upon emergence from Chapter 11 in mid-2010. Prior to joining Signature, from 1990 through 2009 Mr. Grossman managed distressed debt and special situation portfolios for Ramius, Del Mar Asset Management and Alpine Associates. Mr. Grossman began his career as an attorney with Shea & Gould, specializing in bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. Mr. Grossman has also served on the boards of e-Lottery, Inc. Evercom Systems, Texas-New Mexico Power, Inc., T-Ink, Inc. and Roberts Consolidated Industries (Chairman). Additionally, he has served on numerous official and unofficial creditor, bank group and shareholder committees. Mr. Grossman holds a J.D. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Trinity College in Connecticut.
